PRODUCTION

Karitex’ main production is deployed at an all-new factory located in Istanbul (Turkey).

The factory focuses on yarn production for flat and round knitting machines, as well as for hand knitting, and uses the most advanced and state-of-the-art equipment by Schlumberger (reducers, draw frames, stretchers, fly frames and color mixers).

In addition, the process involves wring machines by Gaudino, while Savio equipment is used to create high-bulk yarn.

Factory’s production capacity

Composition of yarn manufactured:

Natural fibers - wool, alpaca, angora, viscose
Artificial fibers - acryl, polyamide, polyester

Yarn can be made in any proportion and mix

Color chart includes
over 200 monochrome and blended colors

Factory in Cherkessk

KARITEX production facility in Cherkessk is about to be launched, where full-cycle wool processing will be implemented:

Primary wool processing
Production of combed commercial grade tops
Production of worsted blend yarns
Production of luxury yarns (cashmere, angora)

Two factories are being upgraded, built and equipped:

Primary wool processing factory, area: 5,184 sq m, yearly output: 7,500 tons washed wool, 15,000 tons unwashed wool
Spin factory, area: 17,800 sq m, output: 3,000 tons combed commercial grade tops and 1,700 tons worsted blend yarn

Our company will sell wool of any grade needed by the Russian and foreign market.

Wool processing technology

The primary wool processing factory will be provided with new process equipment:

A production line by Fleissner (Germany)
A production line by DS-2B (Poland)

The spin factory will be provided with state-of-the-art high-performance equipment:

SaurerSchlafhorst(Germany) – automatic winders
SSM (Swiss) – multiple-end winders
DettinRF – System (Italy) –draft dyeing equipment
Textechno (Germany) – laboratory equipment
Then (Germany) – dyeing equipment, chemical station
Graf (Germany) – fitter/stretcher for hackling machines
Kaeser (Germany) – compressor equipment
Saurer (Germany) – twisting equipment
Cormatex (Italy) – special equipment for cashmere and angora production line

Logistics

We have two own logistic hubs in Moscow (Ryazanovskoe settlement) and in Cherkessk (north end), operating 24/7 and allowing timely shipping and accepting product batches of any size, to meet your needs.

Any item not available in stock can be ordered from our Istanbul factory. It will be delivered promptly, within one to two weeks.
