Consent to personal data processing

Herewith I (hereinafter “Personal Data Subject”), pursuant to the provisions of Federal Act dated Jul 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On personal data” (as amended and supplemented), authorize Karitex Rus LLC (hereinafter “the Company”) to process my personal data provided by me in the form completed on the Company’s website: www.karitex.ru (hereinafter “the Website”), submitted (completed) using the Website, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. This Consent is provided for personal data processing with or without use of automation tools.

 

2. This Consent is provided for the processing of following non-special or non-biometric personal data: family name, given name, telephone number, e-mail, company name.

 

3. Personal Data Subject authorizes to do the following in respect of personal data: collect, record, systemize, accumulate, store, detail (update, modify), extract, transmit, depersonalize, block, delete, destroy. Data Subject’s personal data may only be transmitted to a third party or otherwise disclosed subject to the Data Subject’s written consent.

 

4. Any operation involving personal data may be discontinued by Data Subject’s written request. Statement of withdrawal of Consent to personal data processing may be e-mailed to: info@karitex.ru

 

5. This Consent shall be valid until withdrawn in writing.
